At the 5th Food Formula Innovation SHOW (FFIS) international competition, Professor Du Bing—Director of the FOHOW Institute for the Three Transformations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Position Scientist of the National Chinese Medicinal Materials Industry Technology System, and Professor at the College of Food Science and Technology at South China Agricultural University—led his team to win a Top 8 Food Maker Award with their innovative product Huangjing PLUS.
