Five Major Sub-Factories
Fohow Pharmaceutical Group has five modern branch factories, equipped with advanced equipment and professional teams, through strict quality management system and production process, to ensure product quality and production efficiency to meet different market demands.
Three Major Production Bases
Located in the Sheqi County Food Industry Zone of Nanyang City, the Nanyang Production Base is positioned as a key manufacturing hub dedicated to producing high-quality products for the Fohow Group and serving markets worldwide. The base is built with a focus on modernization and intelligent systems, encompassing production workshops, testing center, and warehousing and logistics and other functional facilities. It focuses primarily on the research and development and industrialization of processing technologies for health supplements, functional foods, and TCM health products. It operates multiple internationally advanced production lines and manufactures product series such as Cordyceps Militaris, Lion’s Mane Mushroom, and Natto. As a key production platform for the Group, it not only drives the upgrading of the regional pharmaceutical and health industries, but also provides strong support for the Group’s innovation and development.
Located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, this facility spans 14,794 m² and serves as an international platform that integrates research and development, production, and educational training. The park features a well-structured layout, comprising a research and development center, a production facility, an education and training zone, and integrated wellness amenities—providing comprehensive support for academic exchange and the transformation of research into practical outcomes. As a key overseas outpost of the group, the base focuses on the research and global promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine products. It has developed a distinctive presence in skincare and health management, while also actively engaging in cultural exchange and wellness study tours—showcasing the unique charm of the Eastern Yang-Sheng philosophy.
Located at the Group Headquarters in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, the base covers a total land area of 45,233.5 m² and a total building area of 33,108.64 m². It integrates five modernized workshops for traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, Sacha Inchi oil, health food, personal care products, and medical devices.
With a plant active ingredient extraction capacity at the kiloton level, it has established the world’s first large-scale standardized process for supercritical CO₂ extraction of natural active substances from Sacha Inchi. The entire production line is implemented under GMP standards and has obtained ISO13485 international certification. Supported by an intelligent production system, it achieves standardized, regulated, and integrated production from raw materials to finished products, with a production capacity covering the full spectrum of the health industry.
